S = State, C = County List, 3 = 3-digit Zip List R = 5-digit Zip Range, L = 5-digit Zip List As you know, there are now "four" classes of Medical Certificates; 1st, 2nd, 3rd and "Private Pilots under 40 years old" whose Medical Certificates are valid for 36 months. The FAA's data and this System can determine all 4 examination intervals 6, 12, 24 and 36 months.
